The cemetery crew is currently working day and night
(as well as our permanent residents are clawing out of their tombs) to
bring you yet another fun filled haunted cemetery for the 2009 season.
2009 will be our 19th year of bringing sheer terror to the streets of
Mountain View, and hopefully we'll have better weather this year to make
up for the closures in 2008. To celebrate we have once again constructed
a new series of fully animated props, scares, and effects, to raise the
bar for what hopes to be our best year ever and keep up our status of
the "Americas Scariest Home Haunt". Click
here for videos of the DC Cemetery on HGTV, NBC's Today Show, and Fearnet.com.
If you've seen the show and would like to comment on what you thought
of it, please take a moment to sign our guest
book.

Due
to numerous complaints/reviews about long lines and "reserved spots"
on top of the legal and necessary man power requirements;
the DC Morgue (walk thru) portion will no longer be available. We are
going back to our "Display" roots (this is where all of the
action really is). For those of you that support DC, please place positive
reviews on YELP
to offset the negatives.
Due to raising costs and the need for acquiring
more man power, we are asking our viewers for support to help fund the
financial needs of the haunted house. These donations are in no way a
means of acquiring a profit, but strictly to aid in the costs of setup,
operation and the feeding of our volunteer builders (the DC Cemetery generally
spends $10,000 per year to give you the best scares around). Your donations
will help keep the DC Cemetery alive for future years!
If you're interested in helping
the cause, please check out our store
or bring a couple bucks by for the donation boxes.
